THERE IS NO SAFER WAY.
FULLY HYDRAULIC AND SENSOR-MONITORED NOSE WHEEL PLATFORM.
Safety is always the top priority in the development of mototok tugs. This is a very important safety process that, if used incorrectly or with inappropriate technology, can have deadly consequences. Therefore, mototok has always considered the charging process with special care.

For this reason, the loading process at Mototok is fully hydraulic, sensor-controlled and largely automated. The hydraulic system also allows automated adjustment to a wide range of nose wheel diameters.

The entire charging process takes only about 15 seconds; There is no faster way to connect a tug to the nose gear.

ELECTRICAL POWER. MAXIMUM TORQUE FROM SPEED 0.
Extremely powerful electric motors driven by maintenance-free high-performance batteries with high cycle capacity, regulated and controlled by two microprocessors, provide enormous driving forces. The high initial torque ensures smooth acceleration, especially at the beginning.

The CPU can be paired with any mobile device (smartphone, tablet or laptop) via Bluetooth, WLAN or USB and a standard Internet browser (such as Microsoft Edge, Apple Safari, Google Chrome or Mozilla Firefox). Once you are linked to the system, you will be able to manage many types of Mototok settings.

Login can be done using an RFCI card and a card reader on the machine. Depending on the authorization level, the user can move the Mototok, check or adjust settings, or read log files.

PROTECTION AGAINST OVERSTEER. NOSE GEAR SAFETY.
With the help of the optional oversteer protection system, excessive stress on the nose gear due to oversteer or other destructive forces is eliminated. When a defined torque is reached, the Mototok warns the operator and switches off if the warning is ignored. If the Mototok is equipped with our I-NPS (Intelligent Nose Protection System), the Mototok initiates countersteer to eliminate the over-torque situation. The oversteer protection system is available for single and dual nose wheels.

This feature is recommended if it is not provided or possible to disengage the nose gear torque link.
